A vertically oriented etching in black ink on off-white paper depicts two sailing vessels. In the lower right, loose lines form a boat with bare masts. To the left, a vessel with dark sails sits above horizontal, squiggly reflections. A thin band of buildings marks the horizon beneath an expansive sky. Small, handwritten notes appear at the bottom edge. This sparse composition uses fine lines to suggest a vast harbor atmosphere.
