The front of a vertically oriented beige page features twelve lines of black Persian calligraphic script within a rectangular frame of thin blue, gold, and red borders. A pale gold header box contains script at the top, while three lines tilt diagonally at the bottom. The aged paper displays brown staining and small holes along the left edge, with minor inscriptions appearing in the margins.
