One side of a vertically oriented, tan page features thirteen lines of rounded black Persian script within a rectangular panel. Thin gold and black borders frame the text, topped by a header box with faded red script. The aged paper exhibits brown spotting and a frayed right edge with several binding holes. Faint script from the reverse side shows through in the left margin.
