One side of a vertically oriented cream-colored page features twelve lines of flowing Persian script written in black ink. A red ink heading sits atop the text block, which is framed by thin gold, blue, and red borders. The elegant calligraphy is surrounded by wide, stained margins. Several circular holes appear along the right edge, indicating where the page was once bound.
