One side of a vertical tan page features thirteen rows of black cursive script inside a rectangular frame. Gold ink headings occupy a divided rectangle at the top. Fine gold and black lines border the central text block, while a faint brown figure appears through the writing. A strip of darker, damaged paper with several holes runs along the left edge. Small cursive inscriptions sit in the bottom left corner.
