A vertically oriented tan page features fourteen lines of fluid black Persian calligraphy set within a rectangular frame. The border consists of thin blue, gold, and red lines. Four circular binding holes are visible along the right edge of the aged, discolored paper. Faint script from the reverse side shows through the surface. The text is neatly arranged with a shorter header at the top, surrounded by wide margins.
