Fifteen lines of black Persian calligraphy are arranged within a central vertical rectangle on aged, cream-colored paper. The text block is enclosed by thin gold, blue, and orange borders, with a smaller title box positioned above the main script. Significant brown water staining is visible at the top, while circular binding holes line the right-hand margin. The simple layout emphasizes the rhythmic arrangement of the ink strokes against the stained parchment.
