A horizontally oriented print in black ink depicts a simplified building. Spanning the middle, a low, rectangular structure features square windows and a central door with a diamond cutout. On our right, a taller section with a pointed roof and six window panes rises against a dark background. At the bottom, the words O C 3 Central are carved into a solid black band. A thick, dark line frames the scene against cream paper.
