A horizontally oriented etching on cream paper depicts three tulip blossoms. The central tulip is framed by an almond-shaped form of vertical lines. Dark, overlapping strokes convey depth and shadow across the petals. A dense web of scribbled lines fills the rectangular background. Below the plate, pencil markings denote the edition 3/30 on the left, a cursive signature in the center, and the year 1979 on the right.
