Did You Know?

This impression of a book of woodblock-printed designs is missing a spread that depicts a crane.
Across two book pages, a horizontal ink woodblock print on cream paper depicts a morning glory vine. A slender, curving stem arches upward on the left, while broad, lobed leaves in varying gray ink washes cluster near the center. An open bloom hangs on the lower left, and a single bud points upward on the right. Vertical black calligraphy and a red square seal sit on the right page.
