Did You Know?

Shazanrō was one of Tani Bunchō's style names.
An open woodblock-printed book features a gray branch winding across two pages. On the left, two pale yellow fruits with finger-like protrusions hang among dusty green leaves, accented by a square red seal. The branch tapers as it flows onto the right page, becoming a thin line with sparse leaves against off-white paper. Fine black ink outlines and subtle color washes define the delicate, minimalist botanical arrangement.
