A horizontally oriented open book spread features warm, beige paper inked with vertical columns of calligraphic black Japanese script. On the right, a prominent heading begins the text, while shorter columns sit at the bottom of the page on our left. Faint vertical creases and frayed edges texture the thin, aged paper. The woodblock-printed characters vary in density, reflecting the book's traditional hand-pressed quality.
