A woodblock-printed book of ink and color on paper lies open to a horizontal spread. Vertical columns of black ink calligraphy flow across two light beige pages from our right to our left. Smaller characters cluster at the bottom of each column. Small circular holes with dark threads line the central binding. The matte paper has soft, worn edges and corners.
