A woodblock book spread features two pages of vertical black calligraphy on cream paper. The characters vary in density, flowing in loose, loopy lines down the textured surface. A translucent blue wash creates a wide horizontal band across the bottom third of both pages. Small red stamps punctuate the lower edges. Subtle vertical lines and soft creases mark the aged paper, adding texture to the rhythmic composition.
