A vertically oriented tan paper features thirteen horizontal rows of undulating black script. The fluid characters move with rhythmic thick and thin strokes, dotted with intermittent red and gold marks. Thin gold and red rectangular borders frame the text, which is aged with brown staining and frayed edges. The entire composition is encased within multiple layered frames, highlighting the elegant, continuous movement of the calligraphic lines down the page.
