A marbled earthenware lid transitions from a spherical knob through a flared collar to a conical base. Variegated bands of dark brown, tan, and cream swirl fluidly, wrapping horizontally around the shoulder before streaking diagonally down the body. The polished, glossy finish reflects light at the crown, emphasizing the smooth, continuous flow of colors across the multi-tiered form.
