A circular porcelain plate features a scalloped rim and central painting of a woman with light skin tone. Dressed in pale yellow and pink, she sits on a green mound looking right with hand to forehead beside a striped shield with a red star. Four colorful vignettes of figures and animals on the border are separated by gilded anchors and pink lattice patterns. Gold swags and chains connect these motifs against the white ground.
