A light-brown wood circular gaming piece has a carved profile bust of a man facing right. He has wavy hair and wears a high-collared jacket with a sash. Curving Latin text reads "CAROLVS XII D. G." and "SVECIAE G. R. V. REX." A decorative border of scrolling floral patterns encircles the central image. The wood has a fine, vertical grain.
