A vertically oriented black chalk drawing with white heightening on tan paper depicts the nude upper torso of a figure with a light skin tone. The head is turned toward our right with wide eyes and a slightly parted mouth. A bent arm on our left extends upward with fingers loosely curled. Diagonal hatching and white highlights define the anatomy of the back and shoulders, while sketchy white lines suggest drapery at the bottom.
