A silver gravy boat has a horizontal body with a wide spout to our left and a scroll-shaped handle curving to our right. Its scalloped rim surrounds a smooth, golden interior. The vessel stands on three legs terminating in ribbed, fan-shaped feet, with matching shell motifs where the legs join the body. The exterior surface is dark with tarnish, creating a sharp contrast against the warm light reflected within.
