A horizontally oriented etching in black ink on cream paper depicts six dolphins leaping through waves. A wave crests in the upper right, rendered with dense, overlapping cross-hatches. In the center left, two dolphins leap in mid-air as a third follows behind. Across the foreground and lower right, three more dolphins surface. Swirling, jagged lines and hatching suggest the motion of churning water and spray.
