A horizontally oriented rectangular paper is inked with rows of dense black script punctuated by vertical red bars. Three bold red circles sit in a line across the center and margins. Thin red bands frame the main text block on either side. Fine lines of smaller text run along the top and bottom edges, while a single stylized character marks the lower right corner of the aged surface.
