A horizontally oriented manuscript page in gum tempera and ink features dense columns of black and red script on light tan paper. Two vertical red lines frame the text, while a large red circle sits in the center, bisecting the writing. Smaller lines of script run across the upper margin. Faint circular stains appear on the far left and right edges, accentuating the aged, calligraphic nature of the work.
