A horizontally oriented rectangular paper folio features rows of dense handwritten script in black and red ink with gold highlights. Two thick red vertical bands frame a central section where large, bold characters in alternating colors surround a central red circular mark. Smaller script fills the top and bottom margins, while narrow columns of text occupy the left and right edges. The paper has aged, slightly frayed edges.
