Bisected vertically by a central fold, the horizontally oriented vellum pages feature hand-lettered Latin script in black ink. On the left, text overlays a faint, spectral crucifixion scene framed by vibrant vines. Red and blue strokes accent the lines. The right page displays text blocks with shimmering gold-leafed initials and a blue thistle border. The cream-colored parchment shows subtle aged staining and texture throughout.
