A circular bronze medal depicts two men in profile facing left. In the foreground, Raymond Poincare has a short beard and wears a formal coat with a star-shaped pin. Behind him, Georges Clemenceau appears with a large mustache, balding head, and folded arms. Raised block letters at the base identify the figures. The low-relief bronze highlights detailed textures of hair and fabric, while small initials are etched near the right edge.
