A steel neck defense features a high, circular collar flaring into wide, curved plates. Twisted, ropelike textures border the top and bottom edges. To the left and right, brown leather straps are secured by metal rivets. Small, circular holes puncture the polished metal surface at intervals, while the collar's interior is coated in black paint.
