A horizontal engraving with black ink depicts Saint Anne and the Virgin Mary seated within a central domed niche. Mary holds the nude baby Christ; all three have circular halos and light skin tones. Flanking the niche, arched openings show men in landscapes with angels appearing above. Below the figures, a tablet contains a Latin inscription. A checkered floor extends to the foreground, where a small artist's signature is visible at bottom right.
