A dark brown lacquered iron cuirass is bound by vibrant blue silk cords. Overlapping horizontal plates with scalloped edges create a dense, ribbed texture. A patterned gold section spans the upper chest between broad shoulder straps. Below the midsection, a row of long blue fringe hangs over four tiered, skirt-like panels. Blue lacing secures the dark metal sheets, providing a striking contrast to the weathered surfaces of the protective armor.
