A circular relief, cast in warm brown bronze, depicts an industrial landscape dated 1918 at the top. Factory buildings with smoking chimneys and signs reading LA MONNAIE dominate the center, while a tiny human figure stands on the left. The lower half features the inscription LA MONNAIE AU PORT DE ROCHEFORT. An anchor and chain curve along the bottom edge, grounding the composition against a soft gray background.
