A rectangular bronze medallion features a vertical architectural relief of a courtyard, its brown surface aged with a dark patina. Symmetrical, a central domed building stands behind a portico with four columns and a triangular pediment. Wide steps lead to the entrance, flanked by two seated figures. Multi-story buildings frame the scene, and the words "COUR D HONNEUR" are embossed across the bottom with the signature "J. PICAUD" appearing just above.
