A circular bronze medal depicts a winged figure wearing a rayed crown and scale-patterned breastplate over a flowing skirt. Her right arm extends toward a shield featuring the letters R and F flanking a bundle of rods and an axe. Her left hand holds a round shield against a shield with vertical stripes. The warm brown bronze surface features soft highlights. The word FECIT and a monogram are inscribed at the bottom.
