A circular bronze medallion depicts two military busts in relief. On the left, Amiral Ronarch wears a peaked cap and mustache. On the right, General Foch wears a taller kepi and mustache. A central laurel sprig rises between them, while a dense cluster of oak leaves and acorns lines the bottom edge. Arched inscriptions circling the top edge read "AMIRAL RONARCH" and "GENERAL FOCH." Both figures display textured medals and insignia.
