A horizontally long piece of off-white lace is woven with a repeating pattern of solid blocks alternating with airy, openwork floral motifs. Small picot loops line the top and bottom edges, while the short ends appear frayed. Looking closer, the delicate textile is composed of intertwined threads forming a rhythmic, grid-like composition. Small brownish spots are scattered across the fabric, which balances dense cloth-stitch squares with intricate, circular net-like shapes.
