A narrow wood scabbard features intricate interlaced patterns carved near the top opening. The vertical body is bound with tufts of dark and reddish-brown fibers secured by horizontal bands of light-colored cord. A braided cord of orange, black, and tan attaches to the side, terminating in a dense cluster of small, multicolored tassels. A long, thin tuft of black hair extends from the bottom tip.
