A slender gilt silver scabbard, made to house a curved blade, features a vertical form that flares toward the right at its mouth. The metallic surface displays a warm golden tone with silver highlights. Winding vines and blooming flowers cover the object in dense raised relief. These vines form circular frames along the length, each encircling a central flower and smaller leaves. The bottom ends in a flat, rounded base.
