Description

This fringed textile is densely covered with dyed silk thread embroidery. The substrate (base textile) is made of coarsely woven linen.
A horizontally long linen strip is finished with dense, thin red fringes on either narrow end. The central section features five rectangular panels intricately embroidered with complex motifs. The outermost panels display repeating red and blue patterns, while the inner two showcase large geometric diamond shapes in various shades of green, blue, and red. A plain cream rectangle rests at the center, framed by a thin, light-colored stitched border that runs along the entire edge.
