Cleveland, OH (March 3, 2017) –Wine and the history of art are linked. Celebrate this millennia-old libation with tastings in the atrium and wine-themed tours of the collection. 

Plus, enjoy a live performance by Hot Djang!, an acoustic jazz quintet whose inspiration comes from “gypsy jazz,” the style of jazz popular in Paris during the 1930s.

Stop by the MIX: Vino Wine Bar to purchase a glass of wine, then build your own charcuterie in Provenance Café.

Wine comes in more than just glass—explore porcelain, bronze and ceramic wine vessels from China, Japan and Korea with museum educator Bethany Corriveau.

MIX: Vino is part of the Cleveland Museum of Art’s MIX at CMA series. On the first Friday of each month, MIX highlights a different aspect of the museum and its collection. Art, music, cocktails––something different every month. MIX is an 18-and-over event.
