The reference staff strives to meet and exceed your expectations by providing quality reference services. The primary purpose of Ingalls Library reference services is to support the research needs of the museum staff and the students and professors in the joint program in art history with Case Western Reserve University, and to serve museum members and the general public.
Your fastest answer is always found speaking to a reference librarian. The reference desk is staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and until 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays during the academic year.
If you are unable to visit the reference desk in person, you are welcome to call a librarian by telephone at 216-707-2530. The reference phone is staffed at the above hours.
