Description
A large initial A introduces the opening words from Psalm 25, Ad te levavi animam meam (Unto thee have I lifted up my soul). The volume to which this leaf belonged may have been produced in the scriptorium of the Benedictine Abbey of Saint Peter at Salzburg.- The Cleveland Museum of Art.
