Directions and Parking
The museum has its own parking garage, accessible from Jeptha Drive. Designated accessible parking, noted with signage, is available on the top level of the parking garage.
Parking fees for the museum’s garage may be paid in advance during the ticket reservation process. Visitors can also pay on-site at the garage entrance using a credit card. The museum highly recommends paying parking fees in advance.

The ArtLens Gallery and Ingalls Library and Museum Archives are open.
Provenance Café is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A limited selection of hot food items are available during select open hours; see museum hours for detailed café hours. The café is closed on Mondays.
Provenance Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday. The restaurant’s dining room is open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and the bar and lounge are open from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
The museum’s coat check is located in the Horace Kelley Art Foundation North Lobby.
General admission to the museum’s permanent collection galleries is always free. Tickets for select exhibitions and events may be reserved online or by calling 216-421-7350. Some ticketed exhibitions and events require paid admission. Active or retired military members with ID receive up to four complimentary exhibition tickets per ticketed exhibition per visit.
The coat check is located in the museum’s Horace Kelley Art Foundation North Lobby.

The Cleveland Museum of Art is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and we recommend leaving any valuable items or items that may not be permitted in the museum at home.
There is a charging station located in the ArtLens Gallery. Each locker is equipped with one Apple Lightning cable and one type-C cable. You can charge your device quickly, securely, and for free.
Daily highlights tours are offered at 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Read a monthly listing of tour topics and scheduled guides. Tours are free, but tickets are required. Tickets may be reserved in advance via the museum’s ticketing website or on-site at any ticketing desk, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Tours are limited to 15 participants per group.
The museum has gradually reintroduced on-site educational programs. Educators are welcome to begin booking gallery experiences. For more details, visit the “Learn” section of the website.

To ensure safety for all, visitors must pass through metal detectors at the entrance of the building. The CMA maintains a strict policy of no weapons on our premises. Persons refusing a security screening will be denied entry into the museum.
At least one visitor in the party must be over 18 years old; minors must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors must respect all posted signage and follow all CMA policies, rules, and instructions. Any visitor, including members of that visitor’s party, who fails to follow the CMA signage, rules, and instructions may be denied entry or be asked to leave the CMA.
