Directed by Jan Schmidt-Garre. This new documentary profiles the seminal Indian teacher, healer, and scholar Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (1888–1989), often called “the father of modern yoga.” The film features interviews with Krishnamacharya’s relatives and students (many of whom also became teachers), as well as vintage film clips of the great man himself.
