Highlights include the late-night driving misadventure “Nighthawk,” from Slovenia and Croatia; “The Absence of Eddy Table,” a ravenous romance designed by Nickelodeon’s Dave Cooper; and “Begone Dull Care 2015,” a shot-for-shot adaptation of a 1949 classic by legendary animator Norman McLaren.
