Description

Richard Pasquarelli was commissioned by the Print Club of Cleveland, and the aquatint he created was based on an image he captured from the Key Bank Tower. His fascination with the lights going on and off in the buildings led him to delineate the windows by hand in watercolor in this urban scene set against the backdrop of night’s blackness.
