A horizontally oriented color lithograph depicts a tan stone mosque complex with tiered minarets and several domes against a hazy, pale sky. The largest dome features an intricate geometric pattern. A line of figures on camels travels across the sandy terrain in the middle ground, while a small tent sits near the building on the left. At the bottom, capital letters read: MOSQUE OF AYED BEY, IN THE DESERT OF SUEZ.
