A bronze archway, missing a large inner portion on the right, culminates in a pointed peak topped by a winged face with a sharp spike. Coiled spirals and serrated points line the outer silhouette. The inner arch follows a rhythmic sequence of raised dots and recessed bands. Rectangular base sections feature an intricate openwork lattice of interlocking crosses. The sculpture's textured motifs and smooth surfaces create a dramatic interplay of light and shadow.
