A horizontally oriented watercolor over graphite drawing on paper depicts an industrial landscape. A large, gabled building in tan and white dominates the center, flanked by tall smokestacks rising into a hazy gray sky. In the foreground, dark diagonal lines suggest railway tracks near patches of muted green. Thick washes of dark gray smoke drift from the chimneys on our right, casting the scene in a muted tone.
