An oval silver tureen features a lobed body supported by four elaborate leaf-shaped legs. Large, scrolling floral handles extend from our left and right. A decorative rim of small flowers and leaves circles the opening. The polished surface is highly reflective; from our viewpoint, a small bird crest appears engraved on the center front.
