A silver gilt and niello brooch features a semi-circular head with five bulbous knobs radiating like fingers from its edge. Below this, a high-arched bridge leads to a long, tapering foot. Dark gray niello inlay creates geometric patterns across the golden surface, including rows of triangles and a central band filled with recessed dots. These dark accents contrast with the bright gilding, emphasizing the brooch's symmetrical, fan-headed design.
