A vertically oriented photogravure in warm sepia tones depicts a Cree woman from the shoulders up, her face turned slightly toward our right. She has medium skin tone and dark hair parted in the middle. Her brow is slightly furrowed, her eyes look toward our left, and her mouth is slightly open, revealing teeth. She wears a dark shawl with light-colored stripes draped over her shoulders.
